HOUSING: Fasteners are 300 series stainless steel. Single-piece compression molded fiberglass reinforced polyester composite. Two (2) ¾" NPS threaded conduit inlets on bottom. Two (2) additional inlets may be field drilled and tapped. Gasketing is silicone. Rock guard used for directional glare control made of natural cast bronze. Dark bronze polyester composite (standard). FINISH: Composite is textured, pressure formed, molded-in-color. OPTICAL ASSEMBLY: 360° horizontal rotation adjustment. For E17, E28 and T15 vertical lamps: 15° adjustment either side of vertical. For E17 horizontal lamps: 25° vertical adjustment. For PAR38 and R40 lamps: 30° vertical adjustment. Reflectors for E17, E28 and T15 vertical lamps are specular spun aluminum. Reflectors for E17 horizontal lamps are a combination of Hammertone and specular formed aluminum. 3/8" thick, clear, high-impact tempered glass. Lens is crowned and mounted flush with lens retainer to resist debris accumulation. 1,300 pound live load (walkover rated). LAMPING: Pulse-rated, heavy-duty glazed porcelain for Medium and Mogul Base lamps. BALLAST: HID ballasts are HPF core and coil, factory wired and tested, mounted to a key-slotted removable tray with quick disconnect for easy installation. Ballasts shall provide +/-5% lamp power regulation with +/-10% input voltage regulation. Fluorescent ballast is electronic (-20° F cold weather start). WARRANTY: Three-year limited warranty.
